We are pleased to accept payments by all major credit cards via PayPal. 


All Prices are in US Dollars.


Production Time

For most orders, our current production time for bow ties or bow tie and suspender sets  is 10 - 15 Business days (plus shipping time) unless otherwise noted in the listing description.

Larger orders (3 or more sets) require a minimum of 3 weeks to prepare, plus shipping time.  Other custom add ons (custom product cards, exclusive fabrics, special orders, etc) may add additional time to your order.  If you need your order in less than 6 weeks, please make sure to let us know BEFORE ordering so that we can confirm availability.  

We are only able to offer the vast selection we have because our orders are 100% custom made.  This means we do not ship quickly.  f you are on a time line, we do need you to get in touch with us prior to purchasing so that we can let you know whether or not you have sufficient time.  



To Canada:  5 to 10 business days via Canada Post Expedited Mail (plus production time)

To the US: 5 to 7 business days via USPS (plus production time as noted above)

International: 2-4 weeks via various trackable carriers (plus production time as noted above)

Duties, Customs and Import Fees:  Please be aware that our items ship from North America, and any international purchase may incur additional taxes and import that are not included in regular shipping fees.  These fees are the responsibility of the purchaser, and, unfortunately, we are unable to collect or remit these on your behalf.



Due to the custom nature of our products, we cannot issue any refunds or cancellations once work has begun or your custom creation.  We do realize that sometimes mistakes happen, so we allow a full 24 hours for a full refund of your purchase price. 



As each of our products is custom-created to your exact specifications, we are not able to offer refunds on our products.  Naturally, we stand behind the quality of our products 100%, so if there is any issue with the craftsmanship you can rest assured we will correct that at any time within the first 30 days of receipt of the product.  Having said that, our top priority is to ensure that you love your order from us.  We are always happy to consult with you on colors, sizes and delivery expectations prior to ordering to ensure that you are getting exactly what you expect.  :)


Please note that we do not offer exchanges OR refunds due to slight color discrepancy.  Colors can, and do, vary from monitor to monitor. If you'd like to see a sample of the fabric prior to placing your order, you can order that here:

Once we have begun work on your custom-made garments, all products are final sale. 



To be eligible for a 25% rebate on your order, we ask that you submit at least one professional-quality photo of your event that clearly shows our product being worn.  By submitting the image and receiving the rebate, you affirm that you hold the copyright to the image(s) and are permitting us to share the image(s) in our advertising and on social media.  Images must be free from watermark, logos or other branding in order to be eligible for collaboration.
